Course Objectives The aim of the course is to teach the students the necessary coaching approaches to reveal their natural leadership styles in their professional and personal lives and to give them the necessary equipment to guide their careers by taking their leadership in their lives.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • will be able to explain the leadership competencies needed for effective leadership with a coaching approach,
  • will be able to describe their own leadership style by self-assessment,
  • will be able to classify deep listening and effective questioning techniques,
  • will be able to explain the principles of team management and career management using the coaching approach in the business environment,
  • will be able to discuss effective communication and communication techniques with coaching approach,
  • will be able to give feedback by learning feedback principles,
  • will be able to explain the basics and principles of "Coaching", which is a development tool, in the corporate mentality
Course Description In this course, students will learn basic coaching skills and leadership styles. They will be better acquainted with the values, strengths and developmental areas, and will learn how they can demonstrate their coaching approach in their leadership styles. They will learn and experience the evaluation and self-management tools necessary for career planning.
